Privacy Policy

Effective October 25, 2026

Printwright Studio ("we", "us") sells digital printables through this website and through our Etsy shop, and promotes them on social platforms including Pinterest and TikTok. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

Information we receive

Orders. When you buy from this website, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full payment card details; Stripe's own privacy policy governs checkout. Stripe shares the order details we need to run the shop, such as your name, email address, and what you bought, so we can fulfil your order and support it. When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy shares the equivalent order details under its own policy.

Downloads. Download links are signed and expire after 72 hours. We do not track what you print or how you use the files.

Messages. If you contact us by email, we keep the conversation so we can answer you and support your purchase.

Our own social accounts. Our Pinterest integration connects only to Printwright Studio's own Pinterest account. We use it to publish Pins and to view performance statistics for our own content. It does not collect personal information about people who view or save our Pins beyond the aggregate analytics Pinterest provides to us.

How we use information

We use information to fulfil and support orders, respond to enquiries, and understand which of our products people find useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles about individual customers.

Sharing

We share information only with the platforms that operate our shop and channels (Stripe, Etsy, Pinterest, and TikTok), under their own privacy policies, or where required by law.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax obligations. Messages are kept while they remain useful for customer support.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, such as messages you sent us, by emailing hello@printwrightstudio.com. For data held by Stripe, Etsy, Pinterest, or TikTok, their account settings and privacy policies apply.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address.
